Location: City of Industry, CA (605/10 fwy) Title/Position: Sr. Financial Analyst (West Region) - strong growth potential as company looks to expand with more M&A Salary: up to $100K or more Depending on Experience ERP System: Syteline (windows version of Mapics); Impromptu for Reporting (Crystal Reports, Access, Cognos, etc.) Specs on Job: (detailed JD below) · FP&A for West Coast (3 manufacturing plants) · P&L, KPI and Operations Analysis · Capital Expenditure (CapEx) · Budgeting & Forecasting · Ad Hoc & Management reports Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree a must; MBA, CMA or CPA preferred · 7+ years of FP&A experience preferably in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment · Dynamic, Driven and Outgoing personality with ability to see the Big Picture · Strong Business Acumen, Motivated, Progressive with a strong Process Improvement mentality Summary: Senior Financial Analyst review financial data and other reports in order to predict current and future financial performance. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in either: Business, Finance, or Economics related is required. Master’s Degree in either: Business, Finance, or Economics related is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience, in either a manufacturing or distribution environment is required. Mathematical Skills: Must understand and comprehend basics of accounting and recognize numerical incongruence or inconsistencies within this position. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software , Power point and Word Processing software.
