• They have more than doubled since last year from 250 employees to 650 employees by acquisitions and went nationwide with over 30 branches.  Their goal is to be a Top Tier Mortgage Company in the Nation (i.e. IndyMac, Countrywide, etc.).

• Talk of IPO within the next few years.

• Heavy M&A activities and involvement

Financial Analyst or Sr. Financial Analyst 

 Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and budgeting

• Working with financials: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, AP, Reconciliation, etc.

• Daily reporting of production cash flow and metrics

• Database creation and management

• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field 

• CPA or MBA a plus

• Requires 5 or more years general FP&A experience preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry

• Requires a thorough knowledge of the fundamental theories, doctrines, systems, principles, practices and terminology of accountancy and finance. 

• Must be PC literate with knowledge of computerized accounting software, spreadsheet and word processing software; spreadsheet skills must be sufficient to enable incumbent to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, statements, and/or projections. 

• Requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, communications and management skills. 

• Self motivated, flexible and able to work in a fast paced growing environment
